Do you store my emails on your servers?
No. Mailroom never stores your emails or messages on our servers. All data stays in your browser and comes directly from Gmail.
How do I get access?
We're starting with 100 people so we can stay close to early users. Request access and we'll email the Google account you used when a spot opens.
Which email services are supported?
Gmail and Google Workspace only. Other providers are not available in this beta.
Google says this app is unverified. Is that expected?
Yes. The Gmail connection is an unverified Google app during closed beta. That warning is expected. Your mail still stays in your browser.
Is it safe to connect my Gmail account?
Mailroom uses Google’s official API and OAuth. Your password is never shared with us. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Cached messages live in this browser. Clearing storage removes them. Reconnect Gmail to load mail from Google again — not from Mailroom servers.
Can I use Mailroom without connecting Gmail?
No. There is no interactive demo in this beta. The landing page shows a product screenshot only.
What problem does Mailroom solve?
Gmail threads scatter the same person across many conversations. Mailroom groups mail by people so you see who needs a reply and the history in one place.
How can I share feedback?
Closed-beta users can send feedback from inside the app. If you are on the waitlist, reply to the email we send when we invite you.
