No. Mailroom never stores your emails or messages on our servers. All data stays safely in your browser and comes directly from Gmail through your own account connection.
Mailroom is currently in early access. We’re gradually inviting new users to join and help shape the product — you can request access on our website.
Right now Mailroom works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Support for other providers may come later based on feedback from early users.
Yes. Mailroom uses Google’s official API and OAuth authentication, so your password is never shared with us. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
Email threads are messy and impersonal. Mailroom helps you focus on conversations, keeping context clear and communication human.
Since Mailroom stores your data locally, clearing browser storage will remove cached messages. You can reconnect your Gmail account anytime to restore them.
For now, Mailroom requires a Gmail connection to show real messages. A demo mode may be added later for exploring the interface.
During the early access phase, it’s completely free. Later, we may introduce paid plans for advanced features, but the core experience will stay simple and accessible.
