Do you store my emails on your servers?
No. Mailroom never stores your emails or messages on our servers. All data stays safely in your browser and comes directly from Gmail through your own account connection.
Is Mailroom available to everyone?
Mailroom is currently in early access. We are gradually inviting new users to join and help shape the product.
Which email services are supported?
Right now Mailroom works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Support for other providers may come later based on feedback from early users.
Is it safe to connect my Gmail account?
Yes. Mailroom uses Google's official API and OAuth authentication, so your password is never shared with us.
What problem does Mailroom solve?
Email threads are messy and impersonal. Mailroom helps you focus on conversations, keeping context clear and communication human.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Since Mailroom stores your data locally, clearing browser storage removes cached messages. You can reconnect your Gmail account anytime to restore them.
Can I try it without connecting Gmail?
For now, Mailroom requires a Gmail connection to show real messages. A demo mode may be added later for exploring the interface.
Will Mailroom always be free?
During early access, it is free. Later we may introduce paid plans for advanced features while keeping the core experience simple.
